Control

[edit]

I wonder if anyone who wrote this, related to the location, forgot to mention the fort belongs to the City of Key West now

Conch Republic

[edit]

According to the article for the Conch Republic, their "army" is based out of here, yet this article makes no mention of them. I am aware the CR page has many sourcing issues, so some digging may need to be done before it can be added. WesSirius (talk) 00:55, 11 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I just tagged that claim as 'citation needed'. I suspect that there is no reliable source for it. I think some enthusiasts in Key West have carried their joke beyond what is suitable for inclusion in an encyclopedia article. - Donald Albury 01:03, 12 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
It's likely. Thanks for clearing it up. WesSirius (talk) 02:38, 12 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
