Approval ratings.
[edit]"One down, 47 to go" is a common refrain these days. Anonymous attribution aside, there are dozens of sources showcasing the Trump & Co as being the most X since the advent of telephone polling. Are there any arguments for not including Trump's X looking ratings from his 1st 100 days?
Article length, preparation for end of First 100
[edit]As we enter the last weeks of the 100 days, more media outlets are including succinct summaries. I suggest some of the existing content in the rather lengthy article be pared down, with fewer details and when possible, perhaps fewer references, then replaced with media summaries from reliable sources that reflect a spectrum of viewpoints. Perhaps removed content could be added to the talk page to allow for further discussion and to find a place in other Wikipedia articles for orphaned content and references. It is also possible to rethink sections, as the larger picture of the First 100 has unfolded. Suggestions? How would you like to move forward? Oceanflynn (talk) 16:32, 13 April 2017 (UTC)
I just wanted to say that this article is excessively long. Please fix it. Thanks --71.90.25.92 (talk) 04:06, 21 April 2017 (UTC)

The sentence "The Repeal of Stream Protection Rule was signed into law by Trump on February 16, 2017." exists 2 times, which is probably just a typo. Please change it to just one sentence so you can read it better!

Environmental Policy Main article: Environmental policy under the Trump administration
On February 1, the Trump administration published a Statement of Administration Policy to allow coal companies to dump mining waste in streams by nullifying the Department of the Interior regulation known as the "Stream Protection Rule", established in the Obama Administration.[251] Under the Congressional Review Act Congress passed the resolution to repeal on February 1 and the Senate also approved it on February 2.[491][492] The Statement nullified the Waste Prevention, Production Subject to Royalties, and Resource Conservation which limited venting, flaring, and leaks during oil and natural gas production. The Repeal of Stream Protection Rule (115-5) was signed into law by Trump on February 16. The Repeal of Stream Protection Rule was signed into law by Trump on February 16, 2017.
Additionally, the February 1 policy statement nullified the rule on Disclosure of Payments by Resource Extraction Issuers, a Securities and Exchange Commission regulation which required resource extraction issuers to report payments "to governments for the commercial development of oil, natural gas or minerals."[251] The Repeal of the Disclosure of Payments by Resource Extraction Issuers Rule (115-4) was signed into law by Trump on February 14, 2017.

Too long
[edit]This article is too long and detailed with intricate trivial detail. It should be scaled back by a factor of about three. I suggest all quotations and statements about what was said and written by people about the first 100 days be culled. - Shiftchange (talk) 13:06, 8 January 2019 (UTC)
Pledges section is irrelevant/outdated
[edit]This entire section is incomplete and deprecated. He pledged to do many more than just 12 things, and 100 days have passed. Did he accomplish what he set out to do? Did he not? According to sources, he only accomplished 7 of his 100-day promises. Shouldn't what he pledged to do and succeeded or failed to do be marked as such? Should it be fleshed out with upwards of 87 different day-100 campaign promises and pledges? If not, why even have this section? 38.104.108.74 (talk) 22:05, 2 May 2019 (UTC)
- I think it may be a relevant section. Ideally it should summarize in one paragraph or less Trump's pledges for his first 100 days in office. Regards, Thinker78 (talk) 01:23, 11 September 2023 (UTC)
