This article has very poor grammar and is very incoherent. It needs some serious love. I would like to request that someone help clean it up and discuss, at least in passing, different types of filter paper--qualitative, quantitative, 'ashless', 'analytical'. (Personally, I'd really like to see something about ashless. How exactly is it used?) The 'types' section is in need of serious surgery. I'm afraid I'm not qualified enough to do much besides spell/grammar check it. I'll try to snap some pictures to liven it up a bit. Bfesser 02:59, 23 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Is this a filter paper also? Newone (talk) 09:49, 5 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Contamination

[edit]

Do laboratory paper filters give any contamination to either the filtrate or the residue? --Abdull (talk) 10:06, 1 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Tea bags

The paper density seems completely wrong. 12-20 g/cm2 is tank armour density. Ferred (talk) 13:09, 6 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I have removed the number. --Taweetham (talk) 07:38, 22 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
