Errors!

[edit]

Attention: Tom St. Amand did never work on the original Star Wars and he did not performed any Cantina Band member. this was confirmed by himself many years ago: http://i193.photobucket.com/albums/z76/skywalker1974/star%20wars/429a6798-8df0-4536-8add-8c05d0057e39_zps5ff111ff.jpg?t=1402679534

Plus: Most other possible people behind the masks of the band are also not confirmed!

And the correct name ist Doug Beswick, not Bestwick.

What? I don't remember any of this in the movies...—Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.160.101.148 (talkcontribs)

Me Neither. Wikipedia where do you get your information? Did George Lucas tell you personally.—Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.3.107.212 (talkcontribs)
Well, lots of times you get Star Wars information from the licensed book series. In this case, I guess the information is coming from a short story compilation by Karen Traviss. But lots of Star Wars fans know information in what is referred to as the expanded universe Gautam Discuss 07:19, 11 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Precisely. There is more to Star Wars than just the films. Prometheus-X303- 14:11, 25 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The Modal Nodes also have a MySpace: www.myspace.com/modalnodes or is it .com/themodalnodes

anyway, check it out, their beat-port plays the extended Cantina song... Well worth listening to. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Amassacre (talkcontribs) 12:25, 7 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I removed any mention of this "Isaac Steele" nonsense. The band leader is Figrin D'an, obviously. You're welcome.

So... ummm... what about the Holiday Special? - certainly, Wikipedia isn't restricted to officially lauded and approved canon? -- Brettpeirce (talk) 12:54, 24 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

What about music files links? 93.125.107.64 (talk) 17:36, 13 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Notablity

[edit]

@Rosguill thanks for your notability tag. This article was merged in October 2018 into Mos Eisley 1 month after proposal with no objections. The article has since been restored with no discussion, but as you rightly point out, it is non-notable and has no merit as a standalone article on Wikipeida. I suggest reverting to a redirect. 23:24, 4 June 2023 (UTC) Cnbrb (talk) 23:24, 4 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Nobody has objected to this after 2 weeks, and the article has been reverted to a redirect.Cnbrb (talk) 13:23, 18 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
