International Recognition

I deleted the following part:

"Nevertheless, the instituition suffers from its lack of scientific research. An important web rank of universities set UFCSPA as the worst public Brazilian University based on its poor visibility and scholar relevance. [1]"

Reason: this is far from the truth, since the university's low place in the ranking was due to the very recent name change (it used to be FFFCMPA), implying in low international visibility for the new name, however the university was also ranked as the 2nd best in Brazil according to the MEC ranking in 2008.
