Is modern day Falsgrave now classed as a 'hamlet'. Historically, it was a defined village/manor. It has been a suburb of Scarborough for many years. Has the council re-organization changed it's description? The area is nothing like a traditional 'hamlet'.— Preceding unsigned comment added by Nix D (talk • contribs)
Nix D, if you are referring to the category, then that was added by GhostInTheMachine. I haven't seen any references to it being a hamlet, and I largely wrote the article. I can honestly say that the adding, re-adding and removal of categories completely confounds me with its hierarchy (though I understand its necessity), so you would have to see what GhostInTheMachine says. Thanks all. Regards. The joy of all things (talk) 19:22, 29 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
