Talk:Factory reform movement

Two questions:

Was this the actual title of the movement? If it was, then it should be capitalised - Factory Reform - since at present it simply looks descriptive only. This article calls it the "Factory Movement", although even then later it changes the initial letter M to lower case.
This article should at least give dates, and a good deal more information about other leaders of the movement (eg Robert Owen), and something of the results of the movement. Peter Shearan 05:25, 29 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Very short stub on a very important article
