Hence, at the 1985 Milan European Council, 29 September was adopted as the EU's flag day.

The page to link to is https://european-union.europa.eu/principles-countries-history/symbols/europe-day_en (EN version). On Dutch wiki http://nl.wiki.x.io/wiki/Europadag there is a link but it is dead. Should link to the translated page https://european-union.europa.eu/principles-countries-history/symbols/europe-day_nl (NL version).
