The lead sentence uses stats about electricity, not total energy. And it also seems to be about Great Britain, not England.

This page seems to contain the data, although it's a bit raw and from 2021:[1]

This gives 37% oil, 37% gas, 19% electricity and 6% other.

Electricity seems to be here:[2] but doesn't split the data into sources.
