Cropped image
[edit]If someone could crop the image of Elena so only she is in it I would appreciate it. And place it in the article. Thanks.--BabbaQ (talk) 17:28, 21 May 2012 (UTC)
Taken as is, this article fails WP:BAND as it establishes Elena's notability only through her membership in Mandinga. Has she released solo albums and/or received media coverage on her, by herself? Mr. Gerbear|Talk 07:27, 19 June 2014 (UTC)
- It's been ages since my previous question, and I'd like to repeat my question as to whether Elena Ionescu should be merged Mandinga as prescribed by WP:BAND. I personally have not found any sources that establish her notability beyond being a member of the band; she has had no music released on her own, no non-trivial coverage (there was something about her physical transformation, and another about her boyfriend--both pretty trivial, and had to qualify her as being part of Mandinga).
- The only thing that could make her independently notable is her participation in reality shows Dansez pentru tine (season 14) (Come dance with me) and Te cunosc de undeva! (Your face sounds familiar). Would this be enough to keep her page separate? WP:Band does have a caveat about reality shows, after all. Mr. Gerbear|Talk 23:59, 5 September 2014 (UTC)
