While keeping all the text existing before 3.12.2009, I've:
- a) merged it with a new longer article, placing each paragraph between different parts of the new structure in order to keep a coherence
- b) removed the notes of notability, refimprove and cleanup, because I believe that now it is not concerned by these remarks anymore
- c) the new content, which is much larger than the old one, refers to Environmental governance, and this entry (Environmental governance) redirected to Ecological governance. So I've moved all the content (the merged old and new parts) to the article Environmental governance and I've redirected Ecological governance to there, and finally,
- d) In the old parts, I've changed the expression "ecological governance" (9 times) into "environmental governance")
