1967 referendum results

[edit]

It is widely accepted in the Kempsey area that the voters of this area voted against the 1967 referendum. Some people even say that this was the only electorate in the country that did so. But when the ABC screened the documentary A Northern Town there was a text note before the final credits which said that Kempsey recorded the smallest 'yes' vote in Australia, but still a 'yes' majority of 59%. We ought to find out for certain what the vote was, and include a reference to a reliable source. Agemegos (talk) 00:37, 26 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Equivalent names, neighbours or...?

[edit]

Please see the discussion at Talk:Djangadi#Equivalent names, neighbours or...? to keep the conversation in one place. I cannot work out if they are different groups or different names. --Scott Davis Talk 10:05, 23 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Blanking after merger

[edit]

I have assumed the responsibility for blanking this page after shifting all sourceable material on it (it was mainly composed of copyright plagiarisms with a copy and paste approach to composition) to the Djangadi page. This merge was suggested to me by Kwamikagami, who noted that we had two articles dealing with the one people (See the discussion on my talk page here ). The page may, unless there are objections, be now deleted.Nishidani (talk) 16:23, 3 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
