Hi, I have marked this article using the "Overly detailed" template due to concerns about whether several sections meet WP:EXCESSDETAIL or WP:NOTABILITY, in particular:

- Departments

- Organizational structure

- Police stations

- Services (particular relevance to WP:NOTGUIDE)

- Cycling team

- Dubai Smart Police Stations
