Was much of this material copied from another source? Why the trademark symbols?

Though I can't find it with Google, I have suspicions that parts of the About section may have been copied and pasted from another source. Reasons: There are registered trademark (®) and unregistered trademark (™) symbols in the text, which are not commonly used in WP articles or news stories, and also not found in the WP article editor's symbols library (at least not that I could fins, and that surprised me a bit). Such symbols are often used in materials supplied by publicists and PR agencies, as I have seen over the years from releases I received as a news reporter and an editor. In addition, the passage containing these symbols does not have a source, which may be because the author copied from his own source and not source material considered reliable by Wikipedia policy. Currently, the infobox says this (for two of the “capacity” numbers):

2,731 (Walt Disney Theater)
400 (DeVos Family Room)

The current numbers are as follows:

2,700 (Walt Disney Theater)
340 (DeVos Family Room)

You can verify these numbers in the table on https://www.drphillipscenter.org/meetings-and-events/theaters-event-spaces/ (see the “theater capacity” column).
