Lies
[edit]The Wildcat Tribune was definitely not the first newspaper to interview Chelsey Sullenberger. Too low-built
[edit]In my opinion, this school is too sprawly. If it was built higher, less land would be used, and the kids would get more exercise going up and down the stairs, which would help reduce the obesity crisis. Beorhtric 20:41, 12 May 2007 (UTC)

Assessment
[edit]Following a request I have assessed this article. First impressions are positive, well referenced and illustrated with a lot of content. With more content added this article could be "B" class heading to-wards "GA"; adding more information will be easier when the school opens. Camaron1 | Chris 19:27, 13 May 2007 (UTC)
- Please note that importance of an article varies per project and might not be the same for all WikiProjects. Camaron1 | Chris 20:16, 13 May 2007 (UTC)
- I'm assuming that it won't be any higher of importance to the other WikiProjects, and low is the lowest importance it can get. Thanks for the initial assessment, btw. --Brandt Luke Zorn 21:03, 13 May 2007 (UTC)
GA Review
[edit]- This review is transcluded from Talk:Dougherty Valley High School/GA1. The edit link for this section can be used to add comments to the review.
Hi, great article! This is probably the best article I've reviewed so far. I'm just going to work on a few minor changes and possibly bring up a few things to fix, but I'll be ready to pass very soon. --Edge3 (talk) 23:07, 1 September 2009 (UTC)
- "Dougherty is known for its state-of-the-art campus..." and "As a young school, Dougherty has established itself as a strong academic performer and as a developing athletic force." - Tone down the praise a little bit and replace the statements with factual info. See WP:PRESTIGE --Edge3 (talk) 00:36, 3 September 2009 (UTC)
- I've added a little to the facilities section about how the campus is considered to be state-of-the-art, which it is. I reworded the academic bit into the purely factual "Dougherty is the top school in the district based on Academic Performance Index". However, I kept the line about it being a "developing athletic force", because I think that this only indicates that the school is working on pushing its athletics program, which is to be expected for a young school. Additionally, this information is backed up by quotes from school officials in the main text. --Brandt Luke Zorn (talk) 04:17, 3 September 2009 (UTC)
- Ok that's fine. I'm passing the article.--Edge3 (talk) 00:50, 4 September 2009 (UTC)
