Russian Ruble Crisis - Long-term Capital Management

[edit]

How come there's nothing in here about the Russian Ruble Crisis that triggered the collapse of Long-term Capital Management that Donald Marron had fully invested in, and had to have his personal wealth rescued by Fed Chair Alan Greenspan, the Fed, and the other financial CEOs in 1997 or 98, when the derivatives market imploded? Donald Marron was famously fully invested in LTCM, and was personally bailed out. Stevenmitchell (talk) 12:00, 27 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
