This article seems to be very well sourced with many in line citations. It also breaks down the issue into subcategories well, providing adequate information for each. More detail could be provided, especially in the laws subsection. The main problem of this article is readability. There are many grammatical and clarity issues that could be edited out by the author.

- The article is a good overview of domestic violence in Nigeria and the causes and perceptions related to this topic. I think some expansion is still needed, particularly because some of the sections cite only one or two authors. In particular, “Attitudes toward domestic violence” and “Laws” should be expanded. Links to other articles or a “see also” section could be added to better incorporate the article into other Wikipedia content. The article has some readability issues as well; further work is needed on grammar and sentence structure. Allisonshields (talk) 02:43, 1 April 2014 (UTC)
