Table
[edit]It seems ridiculous to me to make a table with so many details for the series that have been licensed by the company. I mean, should a list be made, it should be just to know which ones have been acquired by Discotek. Knowing when they aired, which network broadcast them, who directed them, etc. is irrelevant to this. Xexerss (talk) 19:56, 9 September 2024 (UTC)
- I agree the extra detail is not needed. But will also note that there previously was a version of the list with just the titles, and that was removed by someone citing WP:NOTCATALOG. I don't know what kind of content does qualify to be listed or is justified in being split off into its own list article (having the works in a category is so much simpler, but Discotek's was just deleted), I just wanted to point out the history of the article. - I see. Although that being the case, it's not clear to me what makes the difference between what looks like a mere list and a catalog. Personally, although I find it useful to include a list (just the titles are enough), I would understand and wouldn't really mind if they are simply not mentioned in the article, but I still have doubts as to whether the same criteria should be applied to other articles such as Kodansha USA, Viz Media, or Seven Seas Entertainment (to name a few).
