A dlc called Frank Rising has come out and ye the article has no ifmormation about it. There should be an inclusion of this DLC (which shows Frank to be "alive") in the Development section — Preceding unsigned comment added by Drumerwritter (talk • contribs) 22:37, 9 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
