Criticisms
[edit]RFD, my edit is not negotiable. I am a lifelong resident of this diocese and have friends and family who work for, with, and in the Diocese of Green Bay. While obviously, these views are not universally held, they should be noted as they are commonly-heard criticisms of David Zubik from priests, diocesan employees, lay parish workers, etc. I don't know if this is the correct forum for discussing this, but let's start discussing. - I grow up in Appleton, Wisconsin and therefore I am familiar with the Diocese of Green Bay being Roman Catholic.Would you please find a citation to support your edit. That is all I am asking of you-Thanks-RFD (talk) 19:51, 4 February 2009 (UTC)
- I've been a lifelong resident of the diocese and I'm quite familiar with what happened during his tenure, but that doesn't mean that you can grind your ax here with your criticisms of him. You need to find reliable sources before we can even discuss this. I left a message on your talk page about it. According to WP:BLP, we need to undo edits like yours. Zubik vs. Burwell
[edit]The case Zubik vs. Burwell does exist, and I have found a few reliable sources that link it specifically to the subject of this article: Constitution Daily, Pittsburgh Catholic, and SCOTUSblog. So it may be appropriate to mention it in this article, although I haven't been able to find much coverage of the history behind this and the role of Zubik.
