I added the fact that VH1 pulled the 31 July episode off its "on-demand" menu, as that was the episode in which Jessie Nizewitz, the woman who filed the lawsuit, appeared. Please don't delete that edit...it's "original research", as I discovered, upon using my "on-demand" menu for the show, that it had been deleted from the list.

In addition, Nizewitz's suit also claims that the producers and editors of the show "cut" or "edited" her part of the episode in such a way as to portray her in a negative light.

Having watched the episode, if there was a mistake in the digital pixelation process, it only allowed for a half-second "flash" of her vulva and anus. Not nearly enough for $10 million, but, in my opinion, enough for some compensation, as the editors have more than enough time to ensure that nothing "gets through" that shouldn't. In addition, "standards and practices" (censors) dropped the ball, too, as they're supposed to preview all episodes before they air so that such content doesn't see the light of day. There's plenty of blame to go around here, but not enough blame to give Nizewitz $10 million. 2601:7:1C80:28:8448:175C:B60B:4D24 (talk)

But what is the logic at all in censoring, when this is aired in cable tv? I would understand if it was on national television. 82.141.95.68 (talk) 19:09, 8 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
