[edit]I suggest the following text to be used instead of the one that is available right now. The text is aligned with what the webpage from Data-Pop Alliance says.
Data-Pop Alliance (DPA) is a global think-and-do tank dedicated to harnessing data, technology, and artificial intelligence (AI) to promote equity, sustainability, and an improved quality of life worldwide, with a particular focus on achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) outlined in the 2030 Agenda.
Established in 2013 by Dr. Emmanuel Letouzé in collaboration with partners from the Harvard Humanitarian Initiative, MIT Connection Science, ODI-Global¹, DPA specializes in data-driven research, policy support, and capacity strengthening.
Its six thematic programs include Just Digital Transformations, Data Feminism, and Technology and Democracy.With a multidisciplinary team spanning 15 countries, DPA has led numerous projects in partnership with UN agencies, development institutions, governments, foundations, and civil society organizations across Latin America and the Caribbean, the MENA region, Sub-Saharan Africa, and South Asia².
