Dabry's sturgeon vs. Chinese sturgeon

How come this article is almost identical to Chinese sturgeon? For example, the three links http://www.fishbase.org/summary/Speciessummary.php?id=8762 (Fishbase), http://www.chinaculture.org/gb/en_aboutchina/2003-09/24/content_21089.htm (Chinese Ministry of Culture), and the IUCN link (id=236) are identical with those in the latter article.
