Nope. It's because this is the cuisine of the Autonomous Community of Madrid, as opposed to the capital city or any other geographic designation. The "Cuisine of..." articles about Spain are all about the cuisine of the various autonomous communities rather than provinces, so I suppose you could say that it would be understood to be about the autonomous community, but truthfully, I hate making assumptions. --Mûĸĸâĸûĸâĸû21:26, 3 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
