23 December Proposed Split

According to the Prosesize gadget, this article is sitting at 21k words. Per WP:AS anything above 15k words should be split. Therefore, I propose we split this article into the following sub articles: Prelude and Fugue in Eb Major, the chorale preludes and duettos, and reception. I agree that almost all pictures should be removed. But, what text content needs to be trimmed? For which reasons? How is it hard to navigate? It has a detailed and meaningful ToC, and its sections are arranged logically. -- Michael Bednarek (talk) 04:06, 23 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
