THIS ARTICLE IS SO BADLY WRITTEN IN ENGLISH.   Why are you written that in capital letters? Are U try to scream with us ? And by the way, are U a law enforcement agent ? Are U ? Are ? Well, in a comunication between two parts, it is demanded to be polited. This is the paramount rule of Netquet.
