Dear writer,
The article lights many aspects of cinematography, but it has no links to people evaluating the merit of cinematography. I am of 1950 so have had many years. This brought me the impression that cinematography is regarded as a "secondhand" method to tell a story. Theater was more appreciated but I am afraid it has now also lost it's quality. Something to start with?
