In Mexico, physical punishment is illegal in children recently. The maps and descriptions should change--Alejitao123 (talk) 14:05, 30 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

United States

[edit]

The United States subsection is not sourced. 49 states are listed for corporal punishment as being "explicitly legal" by parents, with the exception of Minnesota. There needs to be a source, a note, or both to support this entry. -- Otr500 (talk) 13:51, 25 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Northern Ireland

[edit]

This statement appears unsourced and unsourceable, in particular in regard to the "head": "In Northern Ireland, laws regarding corporal punishment are similar to England. It is unlawful to hit a child upon the head or use an implement." 2603:8000:A500:94EC:1045:C8F8:30D3:1248 (talk) 17:35, 6 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
