Feb, 1842 on Thomas Osbrey and Sidney Smith's leased the ‘Caramut’ run. [2] [3]

  • Stockmen of Mr. Bower sheep station near Julian Range investigated for the shooting of two aboriginals

  • In 1839 he investigated and took statements from surviving witnesses of the Murdering Gully massacre of 35 - 40 Djargurd Wurrung aboriginals.
