Charley vs. Charles?

When I first recognised (i.e. read about) the forgotten Bowers he was named "Charley" and in the movies I saw he was credited as "Charley" not "Charles", too. This was in restored versions of "Egged on", "He done his best" and "Now you tell one". Anyone more information / ideas about this? From my view I would suggest that the article should be filed under "Charley Bowers" VINCENZO1492 11:10, 30 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
