Which one is correct?
[edit]I'm translating this article to Chinese:
- Madger, Ted (2004). "The End of TV". In Murray, Susan; Ouellette, Laurie (eds.). Reality TV: Remaking Television Culture. New York: NYU Press. 国际标准书号 978-0814757345
But footnote 8: Magder (2004): p. 144
Is Ted Madger or Ted Magder?--Jarodalien (talk) 16:55, 27 August 2020 (UTC)
- If you look at the table of contents (link near the bottom of this page – https://nyupress.org/9780814757345/reality-tv/) it says Magder but the chapter name is given as "Television 2.0: The Business of American Television in Transition" --Northernhenge (talk) 17:04, 27 August 2020 (UTC)
- I have corrected the chapter title and the misspelling of the writer's name. Thank you for bringing this up. Aoba47 (talk) 17:26, 27 August 2020 (UTC)
- "chapter = Reality TV: Remaking Television Culture |title = Reality TV: Remaking Television Culture", same titles for the chapter & the book?--Jarodalien (talk) 01:43, 28 August 2020 (UTC)
- @Jarodalien: Apologies for that. I must have accidentally copied and pasted the book title rather than the chapter title. It has been fixed now. Best of luck with the translation, and I would be more than happy to answer any further questions or correct anything. Aoba47 (talk) 01:46, 28 August 2020 (UTC)
- Thank you for fix it so soon, translation done as A Rugrats Kwanzaa, Did You Hear What Happened to Charlotte King?, Mother's Day (Rugrats), Lady Blue (TV series), so thank you for writing so much wonderful articles, I'm especially impressed by Mother's Day which bring me tears couple weeks ago.--Jarodalien (talk) 12:13, 28 August 2020 (UTC)
- Congrats with the translations. You have done amazing work there, so thank you for translating the articles to a wider audience. I love "Mother's Day". It hits me just as hard now as it did when I first watched it all of those years ago lol. Aoba47 (talk) 16:43, 28 August 2020 (UTC)
