runnerup plays primera A's next to last?

want to make sure if I am correct, but at the Primera B "gran Final", the runner-up is supposed to play the "next to last" of Primera A for a position in Primera A, while the grand winner of Primera B goes automatically to Primera A, and the "last team" of Primera A goes down automatically to Primera B, that is not currently mentioned, in 2011 the "next to last" A won against the "runner-up" B, so it did not descend to B Truth1963 (talk) 04:08, 4 July 2012 (UTC)
