Capas, Tarlac → Capas – No other place or event that bears the exact same name (upper case "C", small "apas") Exec8 (talk) 15:57, 21 March 2020 (UTC)
- Support: As per my point of view that I elaborated at http://en.wiki.x.io/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia_talk:Manual_of_Style/Philippine-related_articles&oldid=946640864 (Use the URL of the old version for easy access instead of having all users to access a future archive of it) The only valid claim of disambiguation in the old version of "Capas," CAPAS - acronym of Belgian Academy Council of Applied Sciences or Comité de l'Académie pour les Applications de la Science, has beeen placed on top of the municipality's article as a hatnote. And I added another hatnote for three other similarly named articles, but not exactly named. (Reference: http://en.wiki.x.io/wiki/Special:PrefixIndex/Capas ) About Capas National Shrine, it can be noted in Capas article itself, since the topic of the municipality outweights the topic of its touristic landmarks, same as my POV on Puerto Galera and on Moalboal. It is just reasonable, just add link to Capas National Shrine. If disambiguation is needed in the future, then Capas (disambiguation) (but I do not see any necessary disambiguation in the forseeable future). Also Capas is the largest municipality by population in Tarlac, a 1st class town, and one of the city-aspirants like Polomolok. JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 23:17, 21 March 2020 (UTC)
- Support. My reasoning is the same as the one I gave in the other ongoing move request ("Cagdianao, Dinagat Islands" → "Cagdianao"): [1]. —seav (talk) 18:42, 23 March 2020 (UTC)
- Support we do not disambiguate for consistency, WP:ATDAB gives Chicken v Turkey (bird) for example. Crouch, Swale (talk) 22:20, 25 March 2020 (UTC)
- Support per nom and above. —hueman1 (talk • contributions) 20:13, 28 March 2020 (UTC)
