France or no France ?

"Within Luxembourg they work on the local passenger services, crossing the borders into France or Belgium as necessary."

"Even though they are capable of running in France, they are not allowed to do so for security reasons."

(Bold type is mine.) So, do they or don't they actually cross the border into France ? Or do they run passenger trains into France but not freight trains ? — Tonymec (talk) 21:17, 1 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
