--I see your point, but note that "Anglo" is commonly used in New Mexico to refer to the English-speaking people who don't have Spanish ancestry. The point that the writer made about Cutting reaching out to Hispanic voters when he was not Hispanic himself is valid. Rpotance (talk) 22:46, 19 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
