I'm fine with the suggestion to consolidate my new Wiki page for H.Q. British Forces, Aden with the existing British Forces Aden Wiki page. However, I'm unaware that "British Forces Aden" was ever an 'official' command name. Unfortunately, the miscellaneous terms commonly used for designating a Royal Air Force "Air Headquarters": AHQ, Air HQ, Air H.Q., etc., creates a problem not only for H.Q. British Forces Aden but for numerous other RAF Commands as well. If a standard notation doesn't already exist, perhaps Wiki must establish some convention to address this problem? 489thCorsica (talk) 17:06, 4 August 2009 (UTC)
- Saw your comment. I believe in common conversation all these commands were routinely referred to as 'AHQ (whateveritwas).' Would you mind if I moved them all to that naming? Regards Buckshot06(prof) 04:14, 7 August 2009 (UTC)
