Google Doodle - Canada

[edit]

In Canada, Google just released a Google Doodle of Rosenfeld. Is it worth mentioning in the article, if so in what section? Thanks - RandomEditorAAA (talk) 05:12, 28 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

It seems trivial unless independent reliable sources talk about it. Flibirigit (talk) 13:06, 28 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
From what I found, only 3 sources (source 1 seems to be blacklisted on Wikipedia (Time Bulletin), source 2, source 3). Interestingly, Google also today released the doodle of Lili Elbe only for Iceland, Israel, United Kingdom, and Germany, and it is mentioned on her article. However, she does have a "In popular culture" section where something like this would be easily mentionable, but for Bobbie Rosenfeld the only section to which this might be possible to add on is the "Awards and honours" and the Google Doodle doesn't seem as significant as her other achievements. So overall, I would agree not to put it on the article. Thanks - RandomEditorAAA (talk) 16:07, 28 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Two independent and reliable sources seem enough to mention it in a legacy section. Flibirigit (talk) 17:50, 28 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Great idea creating the legacy section! I will add the information to that section now. Thank you! - RandomEditorAAA (talk) 19:05, 28 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
