Anachronistic title of his book?

How is it that his book, presumably written before his death in 1952, was titled "Legislating the Holocaust" when the term "holocaust", to refer to the Nazi extermination policy, was not in use until the 1960s?

He might well have written it under a different title than that his English-language publisher gave it after his death. Daniel Case (talk) 00:18, 18 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
