Why does this entry exist?

Why does this entry exist? This person has not yet done anything significant, it reads like self promotion. The entry notes they are in Who's Who, which indeed seems to be a suitable place for this article. 81.79.113.109 (talk) 23:10, 30 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Zero notability, should be deleted

This entry should be deleted. Unfortunately he does not come close to meeting the notability criteria for academics. He has no publications in any good journals; his website only lists white papers and papers in very minor journals (like Journal of Sustainable Finance & Investment). He has no Google Scholar profile nor publicly-available CV, both of which are red flags as having either would make it obvious that he has made almost no scholarly contributions.
