Change of Year and Page

@Iranian112: I just want to give an answer to your comment above. In the created page, no specific year is mentioned, and there is no battle of Toprakkale in the 1821-1823 Ottoman-Iran war. Since the year is not mentioned in the title of the page, you are developing this page as 1821 (I think realistically about this and I'm not trying to change all the wars to Ottoman victories, so please don't misunderstand this paragraph).
