The name of the Ottoman commander was Silahtar Damat Mehmed Pasha. I editted it; now it is İvaz Mehmet Pasha. Ivaz Mehmet is the correct name and it is well sourced. (Also it complies with the list of Ottoman grand viziers). But I noticed that the former name was also sourced. I wonder if the two names refer to the same person. Nedim, I'm no expert on the subject, but it does seem that the two names (Silahdar Damat Mehmed Paşa and İvaz Mehmet Pasha) refer to the same person. Just a matter of different translations, I imagine. (And sorry for the late reply - I saw your message on my talk page, but completely forgot to respond. Sorry!)
