Citations needed
[edit]I rewrote this article after content from a separate Maariv version was merged into it. It now shows where the whole prayer or elements of it are used in the various services. I couldn’t find citations for the following statements included in the original separate versions. I have left them in this article with [citation needed] tags because I believe them to be true but am unable find WP:RS for them. If they can be referenced please do so:
- Not recited by followers of the Vilna Gaon in Maariv
- Not recited in Israel
- Some European Chasidim who came to Israel continued saying it
- Yemenite, Italian and Machon Moreshes Ashkenaz recite it in Israel
- Included in some Sephardi siddurim including Venice and Livorno
- Recited following the daily Hallel in the Shacharit Pesukei Dezimra to relate the Hallel to blessing. Ayenaee (talk) 10:32, 22 November 2023 (UTC)
