Merge discussion

- The result of this discussion was to merge the two "Babes" articles to the relevant section of the MindGeek article.
The article Babes.com, which is about the studio that creates the Babes (website), contains so much overlap with this article that the two are almost identical. It would make sense if these two articles were one. As the website is probably better known than the studio that creates it (although they both have essentially the same name – Babes) it would make sense for Babes.com to be merged into this article. - Polly Tunnel (talk) 17:48, 2 May 2018 (UTC)
- The same editor created the two articles one day apart, so it's no surprise they're virtually the same. If the website is notable, which seems questionable, the two articles should be merged. Otherwise, they should be deleted. — Malik Shabazz Talk/Stalk 02:03, 4 May 2018 (UTC)
- @Malik Shabazz: I was originally hoping to merge Babes.com into Babes (website) as a preliminary to merging Babes (website) into the MindGeek article. This would circumvent the need for WP:Notability (web) as the content would only need to be WP:Noteworthy. However, I'd be quite happy if these two articles were nominated as WP:AfD instead. Which would you prefer? - Polly Tunnel (talk) 11:44, 25 May 2018 (UTC)
- Hi Polly Tunnel. I think it probably makes more sense to merge the content into MindGeek and redirect the two "Babes" articles to the relevant section of that. — Malik Shabazz Talk/Stalk 02:29, 26 May 2018 (UTC)
- Agreed. I'll set up a merger proposal at MindGeek in case anybody there objects. - Polly Tunnel (talk) 12:20, 13 June 2018 (UTC)
