Copyright problem

Article is a pretty close paraphrase of http://base.ub.uni-bielefeld.de/en/index.php. Not enough for a speedy delete as a copyvio perhaps, but definitely enough that someone should clean this up. --Guillaume2303 (talk) 18:16, 28 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
