Too much marketing speak!
[edit]This entry seems a little too gushy using marketing red flags like "favorite" and "soothe". Was this copied from their website? --24.249.108.133 19:06, 1 June 2007 (UTC)
Fragrance Free Products
[edit]Aveeno is one of the few skin care product lines that produces fragrance-free products. Fragrance-free products are often recommended by Dermatologist for specific skin ailments and sensitive skin; chemicals added to produce fragrance can often cause irritation in some people.
. I moved this here. If true, cite it, and put it back it. - Aagtbdfoua 21:00, 1 September 2007 (UTC)
Spam?
[edit]I found a somewhat odd entry under "Recent Updates" over at the Linux Foundation's networking group site (http://www.linuxfoundation.org/collaborate/workgroups/networking/group) The link points to http://www.linuxfoundation.org/collaborate/workgroups/networking/finest-aveeno-shampoo-thinning-hair-paul-mitchell-pantene-kerastas
Inappropriate article, thought I. Somewhere within the source code for the article is a reference to this Wikipedia article. Pouring through `wget http://en.wiki.x.io/wiki/Aveeno`, I got the impression that this sort of nonsense doesn't belong here, either. However, I haven't been around here long enough to have absorbed the content of the "Companies, corporations and economic information" guidelines. I'm reluctant to even check the page because of all the javascript embedded in the wget file, some or all of which may be legitimate Wiki host code. I don't think the Linux Foundation is the appropriate place to advertise shampoo, cures for itching, and all; I'm not sure if the page and its "nofollow" links belongs herein, so I'm just flagging this in the hope that someone with more experience can examine the page's html content. In particular, a link tree of the page, with every reference to "US" pointing to the Wiki page about the United States, might reveal the absence of any verifiable information.
