Picture from 1975?

The description in the pic said it was shot in 1975. However, in Mengistu Haile Mariam's page, we can see the same pic with this description "Mengistu Haile Mariam with fellow Derg members Aman Mikael Andom and Atnafu Abate." Aman Andom died in 1974.

So, it seems there is some date issue.
