"Until the 1940s, there were no anarchist organizations in Israel"
[edit]the local antifa found in the 30s, the first Kibbutzs (20s) was Kind of anarcist (National and socialistic anarchism), Can the sentence be deleted?E.F Edits (talk) 16:25, 29 August 2017 (UTC)
- Oh wow, "no anarchism in israel until 1940s"
- There was no state of Israel until the 1940s. Stop with this. 24.29.48.15 (talk) 03:35, 21 September 2024 (UTC)
Judaism is Anarchist
[edit]Centralized government for Am Yisrael is and always has been controversial for us Jews. Im ancient times, we implimented a king as a necessity of protection, somewhat akin to a commander in chief. Political Zionism, among Jews, similarly grew from a need for survival. In the Jewish religion, Jews are not permitted a human king. Hashem is the only king for Jews. 24.29.48.15 (talk) 03:33, 21 September 2024 (UTC)
Rewrite
[edit]Just a note as the rewrite proceeds: CrimethInc's interview is not a reliable source and shouldn't be used in the article, nevertheless as a basis for it. The publication doesn't have a reputation for fact checking or accuracy and its author is anonymous so we don't know about their background. We prefer sources like scholars and journalists that analyze sources like this and say in their own voice what happened. czar 12:37, 7 October 2024 (UTC)
- Personally, I don't think it's a bad source for this topic. It's a reasonably well respected long-lasting periodical in the anarchist scene. Because anarchism is neglected in mainstream sources, this is as good a source as we are likely to access. Obviously good to proliferate more sources too.
