Not done Please cite a reliable source to support your claim. I checked her facebook page as you requested, and she describes herself as a "Republican strategist and CNN, ABC and Telemundo contributor." Bennv3771 (talk) 09:54, 23 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
She can claim anything she wants. It's clear from her social media accounts that she is closer to a modern Democrat than a Republican. If she were a true conservative, her page would look a lot different. With that said, changing her political affiliation wouldn't be appropriate. Editors have to go by what she or a so-called "reliable source" claims.
Gonna call BS on that home slice. "No true Scotsman conservative" is nonsense talk. Check out Rockefeller Republican as it refutes your claims. The era of far right Republican extremists is somewhat new, and IMO, is a return to the politics of the Confederacy. Before Gingrich, conservatives ran the gamut and they had liberal conservatives within their ranks. Those disappeared after Gore won the popular vote and was denied the 2000 election through the electoral hijinks of the Brooks Brothers riot. Following that, Bush assumed the throne presidency and his brown shirts purged the ranks of all liberal conservatives, while Karl Rove explained that they would no longer follow "reality-based" consensus. Now, we have a new Confederacy masquerading as the GOP. Not a true conservative found among them. Viriditas (talk) 22:02, 15 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
With all the information we now have, with the daily/weekly torrent of statements (controversial in some cases, bewildering in others) only those trolling/concern baiting could ever still put this woman in the (R) team ... GeoPick99 (talk) 21:11, 16 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
