• First of all. Wikilink Tensai Okamura.
• Avoid repeating the same title in the first sentences of each paragraphs. Try replacing it with something like "the episode"
• The final paragraph contradicts itself. Was the reception positive, negative or mixed?

Plot

• Who is screaming in the end?

Production

• i feel like "In 1993, Gainax wrote a presentation document for Neon Genesis Evangelion entitled New Century Evangelion (tentative name) Proposal (新世紀エヴァンゲリオン (仮) 企画書, Shinseiki Evangelion (kari) kikakusho) that contained synopses of the planned episodes.[1][2] The Proposal was published in 1994.[3][4] For the first twelve episodes, the company followed the proposal's schedule with few minor script differences.[5][6] The Proposal document had an American-built Eva-01.[7]" is used in most episodes. How about rewording it or trimming it?
• Don't use "()". Try instead "also called otaku" unless it's a quote.
• Maybe mentioning the Hikari cameo in the plot would make the prodcution section information more relevant.

Themes

• I suggest rewording the quotes if the original source is on another language.

Reception

• Every paragraph starts with a different review. I suggest reorganizing it to make generalizations.
