I took out this clause: "in addition to the inevitable shift from the original telling source to what it has derived into in a modern sense" because I don't understand it. What is a "telling source"? Did Lord really work with the concept of an "original" performer or performance? Why "in a modern sense"? Is it possible to use simpler language, perhaps? Andrew Dalby 19:08, 15 September 2006 (UTC)
